Q: Should I enter a Purchase Order number at this time?

A: Entering a purchase order number will speed up your registration. You may enter "Free Trial" in this field if you do not wish to provide a PO number at this time or you may enter "invoice" if you would like to be invoiced at the end of the trial period.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?

A: Unfortunately, we can not process credit cards at this time. We will be happy to accept a purchase order or invoice your District on a monthly or yearly basis.

Q: When and how will I receive my login information?

A: After your payment has been processed you will receive an email at the account you supplied. This email will include your userid and password. After you login the first time you will be required to change your password.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: If you wish to cancel your subscription please send an email to cabinetreport@sia-us.com. SI&A will automatically invoice for the subsequent month unless otherwise notified. Subscriptions will need to be cancelled before the end of business on the 25th of the current month in order to avoid being invoiced for any additional months. Termination of the main subscription will also terminate access of any additional accounts set-up for the district.

If you have elected to be invoiced annually any you will be refunded for any remaining months left on your subscription at a rate of $200 per month. If there are other subscribers in your district or organization that would like to continue their subscription, we will contact the district or organization to appoint a new primary account holder an no refund will be applied.
